Systems Engineer - (Aerospace/Avionics)

Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering (Undeclared), Mechanical Engineering, Other STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) degrees considered. In this role, you will own the program risk management database, interface with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads to keep the database up to date.

Description:
*** Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full time risk and opportunity manager with a Systems Requirements and Architecture background. In this role, you will own the program risk management database, interface with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads to keep the database up to date.

This role will require onsite support full-time at ***'s Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, TX working a 4/10 Flex schedule.
Contractor can work partially remote but must be available to come onsite when needed.

Required experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering (Undeclared), Mechanical Engineering, Other STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) degrees considered.
• Experience managing Risk and Opportunity
• 3 + years working experience in DOORS
• 3 + years Hands-on experience with Cameo
• Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs
• Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment

Worker will Telework < 50%-Position is required to be 2 days on site, and 2 days working remote.
Ability to obtain a clearance, not needed to start
