Systems Engineer - 172775

Responsibilities: : Build, update, test, and deploy VDI master images and desktop pools Manage thin-client devices and endpoint configurations using enterprise management platforms Support profile management solutions to provide a seamless and reliable end-user experience Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to improve operational efficiency Perform pre-production testing and validation of VDI image updates, patches, configuration changes, and monitor VDI performance Ensure VDI environments comply with DoD security requirements, including DISA STIG implementation Collaborate with systems, network, cybersecurity, and customer teams to support mission objectives Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance required Bachelor's degree 8+ years of systems engineering or related experience Current CompTIA Security+ certification required Hands-on experience supporting Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon) hosted on VMware vSphere Experience managing thin-client environments, including Dell Wyse or similar platforms Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management within VDI environments Familiarity with DISA STIG compliance requirements Experience with VDI monitoring and performance management tools Work Location: On-site in Newington, VA Less than 10% travel required Qualifications: : Active TS/SCI clearance required Bachelor's degree 8+ years of systems engineering or related experience Current CompTIA Security+ certification required Hands-on experience supporting Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon) hosted on VMware vSphere Experience managing thin-client environments, including Dell Wyse or similar platforms Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management within VDI environments Familiarity with DISA STIG compliance requirements Experience with VDI monitoring and performance management tools Work Location: On-site in Newington, VA Less than 10% travel required
