    --- Project Description ---
    CNET and REMS refactoring and restructuring
    Implement solutions for CNET and REMS refactoring and restructuring
    project and other projects as needed utilizing tools such as C#, .NET,
    PL/SQL,and various other programming tools.

    --- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
    1. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
    2. Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher and write code using
    MVC, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML.
    3. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create
    indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and
    packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
    4. Design, Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and
    data issues on application reports.
    5. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant,
    providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and
    deploying applications, data access, data communications and system
    architecture configurations.
    6. Use a source code repository, such as Gitlab, Azure DevOps for
    checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the
    source code.
    7. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents
    and service requests for the application, as well as request services
    from other ITS groups.
    8. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate
    critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
    9. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

    --- Required Qualifications ---
    " 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and
    implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting,
    performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
    " 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop
    complex n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core and
    modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable,
    single-responsibility and highest application security standards.
    " 96 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that
    utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading
    Style Sheets.
    " 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain
    Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
    " 96 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher: Database design, PL SQL
    coding, stored procedures, packages, functions and cursors, indexes,
    triggers, creating tables, etc. and Oracle SQL query optimization.
    " 96 Months Experience developing HTML reports and/or developing reports
    with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET
    applications.
    " 84 Months Experience creating and reading formal Technical documentation
    based on system requirements, interpreting and analyzing business
    requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those
    requirements
    " 60 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, Azure
    Devops or GitLab, for development activities and source control.
    " 48 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content
    Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
