    --- Project Description ---
    This resource will provide analysis, development, testing, and
    implementation in support of Central Accounts Payable System
    (CAPS) and Administrative Management Reporting Application
    (AMRA), used for Administration of Financial Operations. CAPS
    integrates with critical applications such as NYS Commission
    for Blind (NYSCB), Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS),
    Quality Youth Development System (QYDS), Leave and Accrual
    Tracking System (LATS-NY), Human Capital Management (HCM-
    NY), and Contract Management System (CMS). Authorized
    payments are transferred to the NYS Statewide Financial
    System (SFS) for payment via SFTP. The resulting return
    payment files are unencrypted, parsed and provide payment
    details for OCFS feeder system reconciliation.
    Timely payment processing to the vendors is very critical to
    continue to get the services and supplies. The failure to make
    payments could cause the termination of the services which will
    impact on the health and safety of the clients in care. CAPS has
    near real time integration with other critical agency applications.
    These applications work together to help the agency safeguard
    the clients that it is chartered to protect.

    --- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
    1. Work in coordination with a team of developers to
    code the current .Net applications in latest version.
    2. Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical
    design.
    3. Perform testing and review for interfaces with other
    agency applications.
    4. Perform complex coding and financial report
    development. .
    5. Assist with responding to data requests from
    associated systems.
    6. The individual in this position will work under the
    direction of a Portfolio Manager.
    7. Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers
    in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL.

    --- Required Qualifications ---
    " 84 months experience developing n-tiered , MVC applications
    utilizing .Net. 4.8 or above.
    " 84 months experience writing and developing Windows
    Communication Foundation (WCF) SOAP and REST Services.
    " 84 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored
    procedures and triggers in Oracle databases.
    " 72 months experience in design and developing application
    reports using Microsoft reporting tools such as SSRS.
    " 72 months experience design & deployment of complex SQL
    objects and relational databases design.
    " 60 months experience doing CI/CD using tools like Azure DevOps
    performing tasks such as automated builds, writing build & release
    pipelines and creating work items.
    " Bachelor s Degree - Computer Science related field of study
