Systems Design Quality Engineer

Seeking a Systems Design Quality Engineer with strong experience in Design Quality, Design Control, Verification & Validation, Risk Management, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis. The role will support the complete product lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality, safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
· Manage Design Control, including design inputs, verification, validation, and design transfer.
· Develop and execute process and product validation strategies using statistical/data analysis.
· Create and maintain quality plans and technical documentation for hardware, software, and systems.
· Perform RCA, CAPA, FMEA, risk assessments, and defect investigations.
· Support Design Verification Planning (DVP) and Design Validation Planning.
· Evaluate product performance, reliability, manufacturability, usability, and safety.
· Use Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) data to identify quality issues and corrective actions.
· Support quality audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or related field.
· 5+ years of Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, R&D Engineering, or related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
· Strong knowledge of Design Quality, Design Control, CAPA, RCA, Risk Management, and Verification/Validation.
Aerospace and Defense mmanufacturing.
