Your Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions, including site architecture, permissions, and metadata
Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly solutions
Provide user support and troubleshooting via ServiceNow, Teams, and intake systems
Develop training materials, job aids, and adoption resources for business users
Support enterprise content management (ECMS), governance, compliance, and retention practices
Assist with migrations and modernization efforts across M365
Promote adoption and best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and prioritization using JIRA
Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture
Provide light mentorship and guidance to interns when needed
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
7+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in large enterprise environments
Strong background in solution design and business requirements gathering
Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience supporting users and resolving issues in complex permission models
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Proven ability to train and enable non‑technical business users
Strong understanding of content organization, governance, and permissions
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Microsoft Purview (records, compliance, retention)
SharePoint migration experience (e.g., ShareGate)
Exposure to DataBricks
Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, utilities)
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 are a plus, not required
