Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Systems & Requirements Management Engineer for an advanced nuclear energy company, ideal for someone with experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and configuration control looking to further their career in nuclear energy.
Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, guides, and templates
Build requirements management processes and tools; develop, manage, and verify plant, system, and component requirements
Support verification and validation (V&V), design control, and configuration management
Coordinate with external design partners to ensure consistent engineering practices
Assess requirement quality and drive process improvements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of systems and integrated product design experience
Experience applying configuration management principles through engineering processes and tools
Process improvement experience (Six Sigma, LEAN, TQM)
Bonus Qualifications
Requirements management, systems engineering, and V&V experience
Experience with quality standards such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
