We are currently sourcing for a Systems Analyst to work in Westlake, TX!
The Role
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role on a Scrum team within a leading Digital Platforms Technology organization. You will work closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Architects to design, build, test, and deliver features that enhance digital user experiences. You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentoring to other Systems Analysts across the broader technology team.
The Expertise And Skills You Bring- 6+ years of systems analysis experience; a focus in financial services applications is a plus
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Proficiency in writing supporting documentation including product guides, business process diagrams and/or system workflows
- Skilled at influencing team members and external groups
- Passion to provide guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to junior Systems Analysts
Your familiarity with the following will be a plus:- An understanding of the Agile software development methodology
- Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated Web application development concepts
- Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Working understanding of QA automation
