Systems Analyst

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level System Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing business and technical requirements, supporting enterprise systems, troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes, and helping improve organizational technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements
• Document business processes and technical workflows
• Support enterprise applications and information systems

• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, systems support, administration, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
