Description
This role involves supporting HR applications and integrations, focusing on process improvement and automation. Located in a hybrid setting, you will work closely with HR and technical teams to maintain system efficiency. The position requires proficiency in various technology platforms to streamline operations and improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support HR business systems, acting as a liaison between HR and technical teams.
- Monitor and resolve integration issues with external vendors.
- Manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and track progress to completion.
- Automate repetitive HR processes using low-code platforms and AI tools.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst; 3 years in HR technology support.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and integration processes.
- Proficient in low-code platforms and AI tools for process improvement.
- Understanding of system integration and data mapping.
- Strong communication skills for technical issue resolution.
