Systems Analyst - Mid-Level

Provide a short description of the Position: This position will assist in the development and testing of the Medicaid Eligibility and Client Management (MECM) system, working with requirements, testing, and help desk service.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: " Review and assist in development of testing requirements and test plans " Create and implement user acceptance and regression testing for WMS System Changes and MECM implementation; " Define user requirements; " Create documentation to support projects and reflect organizational change; " Research, propose, and test systems solutions to identified user and systems issues; " Create ad hoc reports utilizing various databases to support analysis and reporting for internal and external customers " Assist in defining process improvement through the identification of policy, process and systems gaps; " Provide written documentation as required using department forms and processes; " Apply knowledge and experience of Medicaid regulations and program policy to system design and associated business processes; " Coordinate project activities and the resolution of action items for multiple stakeholder groups. " Facilitate meetings between SMEs, policy development staff, and business owners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements
