    Systems Analyst Lead– ERP Strategy & Implementation
    Position Summary
    We are seeking a driven, high-potential Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and help shape the future direction of our ERP/MRP systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in evaluating current ERP capabilities, supporting ongoing business operations, and leading future ERP modernization and implementation initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path for growth into a strategic systems leadership position.
    The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing systems experience, a strategic mindset around ERP/MRP evolution, and the ability to partner across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams. A proven track record of leading or directly contributing to at least one full ERP implementation is required. Experience with Power BI and a desire to grow into a broader strategic systems leadership role are strongly preferred. Familiarity with info or Oracle environments is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support and enhance enterprise ERP systems across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, and production planning functions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify system improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
    • Assist in evaluating future ERP strategies, including modernization initiatives and potential system implementations or migrations.
    • Drive and own the long-term ERP/MRP strategic direction and technology roadmap is close partnership with senior leadership, bringing informed recommendations on systems evolution, vendor selection, and implementation approach.
    • Lead or serve as a primary contributor on ERP implementation projects, upgrades, integrations, and systems optimization efforts.
    • Evaluate and recommend solutions for ERP functionality, automation, AI capabilities, and operational efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal users, vendors, and implementation partners as needed.
    • Develop reports, queries, and data analysis using SQL or other reporting tools.
    • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports to provide real-time visibility into manufacturing, supply chain, and financial performance metrics across the organization.
    • Support Agile-based project initiatives and help evaluate replacement or alternative solutions as current platforms evolve.
    • Train end users on new processes, workflows, and system functionality.
    • Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with internal IT standards and controls.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including MRP, BOMs, routing, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain operations.
    • Demonstrated experience leading or directly contributing to at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration- required.
    • Experience with Poer BI for dashboard development and operational reporting, including data modeling and DAX; experience connecting Power BI to ERP data sources is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with Infor, Oracle, or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT- including influencing outcomes and aligning stakeholders in functions where the candidate has no direct oversight or authority.
    • Track record of building trust, gaining buy-in, and delivering results through relationships rather than reporting structures- comfortable navigating ambiguity and completing priorities across departments.
    • Experience in Agile project environments is preferred.
    • Knowledge of AI-enabled business tools and emerging ERP technologies is a plus.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience helping organizations evaluate or transition to new ERP systems.
    • Understanding of ERP strategy, system selection, and implementation planning.
    • Background in discrete manufacturing environments such as injection molding, assembly, or sheet metal manufacturing.
    • Experience integrating ERP systems with MES, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
    • Hands-on experience with Poser BI, SQL-based reporting, and process automation tools; ability to build dashboards that translate operational ERP data into executive-level insights.
    • Exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
    • Experience with compliance standards, including NIST, DFARS, or FAR, is a plus.
