We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III with deep expertise in Cerner Millennium and CCL (Cerner Command Language) to support a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) migration initiative.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ ll be directly supporting a large-scale EHR migration effort, helping modernize healthcare systems and improve how clinical data is accessed, used, and trusted. Your work will have real impact across patient care, reporting, and long-term system strategy.

What You’ ll Do
  • Analyze and document clinical workflows across healthcare environments
  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications
  • Design, develop, and maintain CCL scripts within Cerner Millennium
  • Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation
  • Support enterprise EHR migration and modernization initiatives
  • Build and maintain ETL processes and structured data feeds
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and data integration challenges
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, informatics teams, and technical teams
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications (11+ years experience)
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
  • Experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations or migrations
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL)
  • Deep knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases
  • Experience with SQL, Linux, and data extraction/migration strategies
  • ETL design and development experience
  • Experience with healthcare data integrations and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of REST/SOA development
  • Experience with distributed systems, networking, and performance tuning
  • Strong scripting and production support experience
  • Experience with one or more: Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, OCI
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience specifically supporting Cerner Millennium environments
  • Prior experience as a senior Cerner consultant or technical lead
