Job Title: Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

System One is seeking a Systems Analyst for a long-term opportunity in the nuclear technology and energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and system functionality.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support system initiatives.

Requirements

• Direct experience in nuclear or utility operations, including familiarity with NERC and FERC regulatory requirements.
• Experience within other regulated utility, energy, or heavy-industrial environments.
• Strong general technical and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with Maximo or SSIS
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Must meet applicable U.S. citizenship or permanent residency requirements.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
