POSITION SUMMARY
The Systems Analyst supports Alma Colleges enterprise information systems (EIS), databases, reporting platforms, and data integrations. Working in collaboration with campus departments, vendors, and ITS staff, this position analyzes, improves, and helps modernize business processes, develops technical solutions, supports data-driven decision making, participates in enterprise systems and database administration activities, and helps ensure the effective operation, security, and long-term sustainability of the Colleges administrative systems.
Supervision Received:
This position reports to the Director of Web Development and has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in higher education.
Experience with Ellucian Colleague.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience supporting ERP, CRM, SIS, HR, Finance, or other enterprise systems.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data exchanges.
Experience with reporting, analytics, and document management systems.
Experience with project coordination or project management methodologies.
Experience working with underrepresented, first-generation, Pell-eligible, and diverse populations.
