Our client is seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 with deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
This senior-level role will support a large-scale enterprise financial systems initiative and requires extensive experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process analysis, data mapping, third-party integrations, and end-to-end system testing.
The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM business analysis experience and be comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts, technical teams, and business stakeholders in a large remote team environment.
Serve as a senior business and systems analyst supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
Support implementation and enhancement activities for the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
Gather, analyze, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system requirements.
Map data between PeopleSoft, legacy applications, and third-party interface systems.
Analyze data input, processing, output, and reporting requirements.
Evaluate system capabilities, requirements, dependencies, and limitations.
Identify alternative solutions and assist with cost-benefit analysis when appropriate.
Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing involving third-party interfaces.
Develop and maintain test scenarios, test documentation, and supporting project materials.
Document defects, issues, requirements, business processes, and system functionality.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and validate solutions.
Support user acceptance testing and other project testing activities.
Assist with training development and training-related activities.
Collaborate effectively with a large, geographically distributed project team.
Participate in meetings, workshops, requirements sessions, testing activities, and project reviews.
Support additional implementation and project activities as needed.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in the following areas:
Business analysis involving PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
Gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
Conducting fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
Business process analysis and systems analysis.
Mapping data between enterprise applications, legacy systems, and third-party interfaces.
Performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing involving third-party interfaces.
Developing detailed functional and system documentation.
Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong functional experience is required with:

Candidates should have strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including:
Microsoft Word

Experience working with Microsoft Teams in a large, distributed team environment is also required.
4+ years of experience supporting public-sector organizations, including federal, state, or local government.
2+ years of experience supporting large-scale public-sector PeopleSoft financial management systems.
2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine, AWE.
2+ years of experience with SharePoint.
Experience with Jira.
Experience working within a Scrum framework.
Experience with STAT for PeopleSoft application change management and migration.

This position is currently remote/telework and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time schedule.
Some work outside normal business hours may be required depending on the project phase, implementation activities, testing schedules, or critical project deadlines.
The position may transition to a hybrid work arrangement in the future. If that occurs, specific onsite requirements will be communicated at that time.
The strongest candidate will be a senior PeopleSoft business and systems analyst with substantial hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing.
Candidates with deep expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, third-party integrations, end-to-end testing, and enterprise financial systems will be particularly well aligned with this opportunity.
