Job Title: Systems Analyst (Operational Technology / SCADA / PI Systems)

Job Description:
The Systems Analyst III will provide application development, systems analysis, and technical support services. This role will work with operational and business data to develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions that support business partners and field operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, C#, SQL databases, SCADA systems, and operational technologies.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Provides application software development services or technical support
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
- Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
- Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience.
- Open to fresh graduates if they have the right attitude and technical skill set. They are open to wide range of backgrounds.
- Python, C#, SQL Databases, Systems Analysis
- Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, PI System, Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E), Automation Controls Highly Preferred. They would like this person to have strong operational experience.

- Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
