15+ years of State of Texas policy knowledge
15+ years of federal labor law knowledge
15+ years of PeopleSoft configuration experience
15+ years of technical experience with:
- Application Designer
- Integration Broker
- SQR
- SQL
- BI Publisher
- SAP Business Objects
15+ years of ERP security knowledge including:
- NIST standards
- Multi-tenancy environments
10+ years supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 CAPPS HR/Payroll
10+ years supporting 30+ Texas state agencies
10+ years of CAPPS production support
10+ years of Tier-2 support experience
10+ years handling Major Incident Management (P1/P2)
10+ years of executive-level presentations
10+ years of Disaster Recovery participation
