Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will:
Understand business objectives and challenges, identifying alternative solutions.
Conduct studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
Analyze user requirements to automate processing or improve existing systems.
Write detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.
Review system capabilities and limitations to determine feasibility of program changes.
Lead JAD sessions, elicit requirements, and document business processes.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries, perform data quality analysis, and design dashboards and KPIs.
Requirements
8 years of experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
8 years of experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement.
8 years of experience in business and data analysis.
8 years of experience conducting JAD sessions and documenting findings.
8 years of experience using SQL, including creating and executing complex joins.
8 years of experience analyzing data quality.
8 years of experience designing dashboards, measures, and KPIs.
Preferences
4 years of experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
