Systems Administrator

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 10 months, Onsite

Seeking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud services and platforms. This role involves oversight, troubleshooting, and execution of tasks to support infrastructure, applications, data, and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support and expand infrastructure.
• Coordinate server configuration and administration.
• Recommend server and software upgrades.
• Monitor systems for security, availability, and performance.
• Maintain network performance through monitoring and analysis.
• Manage Azure DevOps projects and configurations.
• Deploy and manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud services.
• Support IT staff and developers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills to assess and meet organizational needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose across platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud-based network architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server products and Linux administration.

Experience:

• 2 – 3 years with Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• 2 – 3 years in IIS Administration.
• 2 – 3 years in network communications and file sharing.
• 3 – 5 years in IT infrastructure/network environments.
• 5 – 8 years in information systems engineering or related field.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
