    JOB SUMMARY

    The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company’s computer networks to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meeting business requirements.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serves as on-site support responding to employee support requests via ticket, phone, email, and chat, and escalating complex issues as appropriate.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications, including password resets, account access, and MFA support.
    • Supports employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, device setup and imaging, and software installation.
    • Assists with system administration for various company (on premises & cloud-based) systems, along with supporting SOX management (facilitation of audit evidence, role based permissions review, etc.)
    • Installs, configures, and maintains the company’s computer systems.
    • Maintains and improves workflows, procedures, and documentation, develops analytics that provide business insights.
    • Works with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
    • Maintains internal infrastructure requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Performs routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
    • Provides technical support, troubleshooting to identify root causes, and provides support and training as needed.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by and within the organization.

    ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the hiring country(United States or Canada).

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
    • One to three years of experience in Systems Administration experience preferred.
    • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This position is required to be performed in the corporate office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

    This is a full-time, exempt position and hours of work and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s may also be required.

    TRAVEL

    Limited travel may be required for the position.
