SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Bingham Healthcare is looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and advancing the technology infrastructure that keeps our healthcare organization running.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into systems, learning new technology, and seeing projects through from beginning to end. You'll work with servers, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, applications, cybersecurity, backups, and systems across multiple locations-all while collaborating with a team that understands how important reliable technology is to the care we provide.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
4+ years of experience working with Windows Server and Active Directory.

As a Systems Administrator, you will help maintain and improve the technology infrastructure that supports Bingham Healthcare across multiple locations.

TEAMWORK & LEADERSHIP
This position works closely with IT leadership, department managers, end users, vendors, and other members of the organization. The successful candidate will be someone who can communicate technical information clearly, collaborate across departments, and take ownership of problems until they are resolved.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for maintenance, upgrades, or other tasks that cannot be completed during normal business hours.
