Working collaboratively with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Hospital Operations, clinical leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams, this role serves as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure stability, scalability, interoperability, and long-term success of Epic Patient Access solutions.
