Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Administrator in Elk Grove, CA.
Summary:
Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator/IT Support professional to provide onsite technical support in a warehouse environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, managing incoming support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and resolving technical issues efficiently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of Windows Server OS experience (2016 and later preferred)
- Solid understanding of Windows Print Server technologies
- Solid troubleshooting skills that include Event Logs, command line utilities and application logs where necessary
- Basic knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networking and how to determine network connectivity in a large environment
- Printer configuration and troubleshooting of varying makes and models
- Mobile Device Management administration
- Experience with various Zebra model printers
- Fundamental AD user and computer administration
- File share permission administration
- DHCP and DNS troubleshooting and administration
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
