Job Description:

• An Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science. Information Systems, Business or other related technical discipline. A Bachelor's Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one year specialized and two (2) years general experience. An additional year of specialized experience may be substituted for the required education.
• Two (2) years of experience in a computer-related field.
• One (1) year of experience administering multiuser, shared processor systems and data communications networks.
• Monitor system operations, including security procedures, and liaison with end users.
• Ensure that necessary system patching and backups are performed, including storage rotation of backups is accomplished.
• Monitor and maintain records of system performance and anticipate requirements for system expansion.
• Assist managers to monitor and comply with State data security requirements.
• Coordinate with management and stakeholders on installation and repair of equipment, user training, and network management.
• Develop and execute regular reports as requested and required.
• Create and deliver training to system users and/or system support technicians as needed. After-hours support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), and Google IT Support Professional.

• MICROSOFT SERVER
• NETAPP
• GOOGLE
