Role: Systems Administrator

A few areas that will be especially important to vet for:
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale production and test environments
Strong hands-on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems administration
Endpoint and server patching experience, ideally with Intune, Patch My PC, and Jamf
Experience with patch testing, deployment rings, maintenance windows, validation, and rollback planning
Vulnerability remediation and experience partnering with Security teams
Strong understanding of change management and production controls
Ability to recognize risks/issues proactively and follow appropriate escalation procedures
Experience participating in on-call rotations and independently troubleshooting production incidents
Strong communication - proactively providing status updates, communicating risks, and escalating when appropriate
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for work through completion
