You’llbe out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything:
Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks
Test andoptimizesignal performance
Maintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies)
Perform fiber splicing and activation
Handle outages and support emergency restoration
Conduct preventative maintenance and system balancing
Identifysignal leakage and ensure compliance
Supportnetwork expansion and serviceability
Deliver excellent customer service whilerepresentingWOW! professionally
What You Bring
Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing in HFC networks ishighly preferred
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
Enjoy workingoutdoors and staying active
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable learning technical skills and using tools
Ability to explain things clearly to customers
Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, on-call rotation)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
What the Job Is Really Like

Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Climbing ladders, working on poles/roofs, and in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
Lifting upto 90lbs.and handling tools/equipment
Operating company vehicles safely
