Schedule: Full-time; Hybrid, Monday - Friday

What You'll Own - Essential Responsibilities

Help Desk Support (50%)

  • Responds to, resolves, and helps manage Thrive Help Desk tickets within established service standards.
  • Serves as an administrator for Thrive’s line-of-business applications, including On-Site, Reputation.com, SharePoint, Yardi, and Knock.
  • Troubleshoots system and software issues for Thrivers, escalating matters to vendors or leadership as needed.
  • Maintains Help Desk documentation and Knowledge Base articles to ensure information remains current and helpful.
  • Identifies operational inconsistencies and inefficiencies and develops solutions to address them.
  • Supports additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the Systems Manager or Director of Systems.

Transition Support (50%)

  • Sets up utility accounts and leases for newly acquired communities.
  • Supports data migration and validation when communities transition onto or off Thrive’s systems.
  • Participates in community offboarding activities, including account closures and record archiving.
  • Tracks transition timelines and milestones and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Assists with setting up Thrive’s systems for onboarding communities in accordance with established standards.

What You'll Bring 

  • 3+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager and On-Site.
  • Knowledge of Thrive’s pricing strategies, workflows, and utility billing processes.
  • Strong understanding of the prospect and resident lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and solution-focused.
  • Professional and composed under pressure.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements 

  • Primarily indoor, office-based work with occasional outdoor or community visits.
  • Extended periods of sitting and computer work, with occasional standing and walking.
  • Frequent use of computers, phones, email, and office equipment.
  • Ability to read reports, review detailed information, and communicate effectively.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and meet deadlines.

  • Reliable transportation may be required to travel between communities, corporate offices, or other work locations as business needs require.
