- Lead new business & client expansion opportunities by selling Instrumentation, Reagents, Consumables, & Facility system solutions across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi & West Tennessee region
- Grow, expand & maintain key accounts through upgrades, client facetime & consultation
- Prospect, ID, engage & close new opportunities through distribution channels and lead channels - both virtually, by phone and in-person
- Mentor, lead & train distribution reps to be "of like mind" to boost sales, retention - and your wallet
- Work closely with Technical personnel, marketing & sales leadership in a true team environment
- Travel expectations of 60-65% regionally to close business & meet with key clients
