We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our engineering activities for renewable and transmission projects. This role is based in the beautiful Juno Beach, FL, offering a perfect blend of work and lifestyle. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Job Overview

As a key player in our team, you will support renewable energy and transmission projects by collecting engineering inputs, maintaining documentation, and tracking study progress. You will assist with modeling, technical studies, and compliance activities using industry-standard tools, contributing directly to the success of our solar, wind, battery, and transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify engineering drawings and technical datasheets for modeling and studies.
• Maintain organized records of project documentation.
• Track the status of ongoing studies and ensure smooth progress.
• Participate in team meetings and technical discussions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing basic power flow, voltage, and stability studies.
• Learn and apply industry-standard software tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, Aspen, and PSLF.
• Support the creation and validation of models for renewable projects.
• Assist in monitoring interconnection requirements and documenting impacts.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes for efficiency.
• Prepare draft reports, presentations, and communications for review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to learn power system analysis tools and modeling techniques.
