Job Summary:
The System Engineer - Networking Services will lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of global network and infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for developing secure, scalable network architectures, ensuring operational continuity, supporting compliance initiatives, and serving as a technical escalation point within the IT organization. In addition to strong networking expertise, the ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Cisco, Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Hyper-V, VDI, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related cloud and endpoint management platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and information security, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up to date with technology trends.

Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years of experience in network engineering, network architecture, or related roles.
Deep understanding of Cisco network technologies and protocols: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including network segmentation, encryption, and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, 21 CFR Part 11.
Experience working with hybrid environments, including on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS technologies, firewall management, and Microsoft IIS.
Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, Azure, Hyper-V, VDI, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and related administration tools.
Desirable:
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent.
Experience with:
PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Software distribution and patching systems.
Backup and DR platforms.
Ability to work cross-functionally with application, infrastructure, and support teams.
