    Description

    For our Haifa site, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to join the SEACORE team, specializing in the development and integration of complex naval systems for challenging international projects.     In this role you will:

    Author system documents, define and manage system requirements and technical specifications (System Requirements & Specifications)

    Lead subcontractors and suppliers professionally, including oversight of deliverables, quality and schedules

    Drive integration processes across subsystems (hardware, software and communications), including system testing and requirements verification (V&V)

    Collaborate on a daily basis with multidisciplinary teams: systems engineering, software, hardware, IT, testing and operations

    Participate in installation, deployment and commissioning activities at customer sites in Israel and abroad

    Plan and execute integration tests in the lab and in the field (including onboard vessels), support HAT/SAT activities, analyze failures and lead their resolution

    Requirements:

    B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

    Experience as a Systems Engineer or Integration Engineer - advantage

    Experience in writing requirements documents, technical specifications and ICDs

    Understanding of integrated hardware-software systems

    Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors

    High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal (including customer-facing presentations)

    Willingness to travel abroad

    Experience with or knowledge of naval systems / navigation / maritime communications - advantage
