System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced system engineer to join our C4I systems (Command and Control) team at our Elbit C4I & Cyber site in Netanya.

About the Role:

As a System Engineer, you will be designing , integrating, and delivery of advanced Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) solutions for complex projects.

This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international customers to meet operational and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Define system architecture and translate operational needs into technical requirements

Develop System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and detailed design specifications

Coordinate between software, hardware, communication, and platform teams

Presentation the system solutions and being part of project reviews such as SRR , PDR , CDR , FAT , SAT

Working in an agile environment , defining work plans , manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Conduct validation and verification scenarios to optimize system performance

Deployment and delivery the projects to our customers abroad

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Engineering or related field (System engineering is an advantage)

At least 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary systems - Defense industry an advantage

Experience in communication systems and protocols

Experience in Agile environments

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

Fluent in English; willingness to travel abroad
