system Engineer for Advanced System Development

For our Ramat Hasharon site, we are seeking a System Engineer to join a System Engineering team responsible for the development of an advanced multidisciplinary system, from concept definition through operational capability demonstration

In this role, you will take part in defining system requirements, architecture, and interfaces, while leading integration and verification activities across the system and its various subsystems throughout the entire development lifecycle

In this role you will

Define the system architecture and operational concept

Define system requirements and interfaces

Lead integration activities across system components

Plan and execute test and evaluation programs

Work closely with internal and external development organizations

Prepare system documentation and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

Lead engineering and design reviews

Collaborate with technology partners and development organizations in Israel and abroad

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering

Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems

Proven experience in Air Defense, Missile, Rocket, or Launch System programs - mandatory

Experience leading system integration activities

Experience writing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and system documentation

Experience leading and participating in design reviews

High level of English proficiency

Strong ability to lead and coordinate multiple interfaces simultaneously

Practical engineering mindset with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment

Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

Significant Advantage:

Experience in Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC)

Experience with launch systems

Experience in the defense industry or in complex multidisciplinary technology programs
