Job Title: System Engineer Drive By Wire (DBW) Systems
Location: Peoria, IL | Onsite
Pay Range: $45 $48/hr
Salary Range: $90K $110K

Role Summary:

Seeking a Senior System Engineer with strong experience in Drive-By-Wire, machine control, and autonomous/off-highway systems.

Key Skills:

• System architecture, requirements & interface definition
• DBW, machine controls, steering, braking & propulsion
• CAN, J1939 & Ethernet
• Functional Safety, FMEA, STPA, Hazard Analysis
• System integration, SIL/HIL & vehicle-level validation
• Diagnostics, fault management & fail-safe strategies
• Root-cause analysis, troubleshooting & on-machine validation
• Cross-functional collaboration with Software, Hardware, Controls & Autonomy teams
