System Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Contract Duration: 7 months (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
Seeking for a skilled System Engineer to maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of endpoint and mobile architecture systems, including MS Intune, Azure AD, and MS Endpoint Configuration Manager. This role involves resolving technical issues, researching new technologies, and developing future roadmaps for end-user support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
- Manage and coordinate urgent support issues and act as an escalation point.
- Administer and manage mobile devices, laptops, and Azure Admin portal.
- Train and mentor support staff, and create training materials.
- Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends.
- Advise management on escalated incidents and provide recommended solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Intune Endpoint Management, Azure Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Administration, and Active Directory.
- PowerShell Scripting experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure Admin Portal.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Apple, Android, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in network troubleshooting and repair.
- Security and patch management experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system and Microsoft M365 support.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong hardware and software infrastructure tools knowledge.
- Understanding of Windows System administration, Active Directory, and networking topology.
Must-Have Experience:
- 3 years of maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of MS Intune, Azure AD, and MS Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- 3 years of supporting, installing, and troubleshooting M365 mainstream products.
- 3 years of supporting, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- 3 years of excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012-2019, M365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Teams.
- 3 years of working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals and network equipment.
