Job Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in UKG Pro, Kronos Workforce Central, workforce management, and enterprise implementations. This role focuses on supporting ongoing migration initiatives, resolving Tier 2/3 production issues, validating system configurations, and ensuring accurate workforce and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce Central environments.
Participate in enterprise migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 production issues.
Analyze workforce and payroll data to identify and resolve system issues.
Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
Perform QA validation of system configurations, enhancements, and implementations.
Support implementation activities, testing, and production go-live events.
Ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific pay rules and workforce policies.
Coordinate issue resolution across technical and business teams.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure implementation deadlines are met.
Document solutions, configuration updates, and support processes.
Participate in meetings and provide technical recommendations for system improvements.

7+ years of Workforce Management Systems experience
UKG Pro configuration and implementation
Kronos Workforce Central expertise
Partner/Vendor Management

Production Support (Tier 2/Tier 3)
Payroll and Timekeeping Systems
Cross-functional Collaboration

Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting workforce management systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and implementation partners. Experience supporting enterprise go-live activities and complex workforce policies is highly preferred.
