Job Overview:

Seeking for a Systems Analyst/QA Manager for the Medicaid project will lead Quality Assurance activities, ensuring deliverables meet state Medicaid requirements while coordinating with business teams, and vendors. Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and oversee End to End (E2E) testing. Collaborate with business teams for user scenarios and test cases, support UAT, ensure test coverage, and perform test readiness reviews. Maintain defect management processes, validate data integrity, and conduct post test assessments. Identify risks, partner with the PMO for project oversight, and ensure strong communication across agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End2End Testing (E2E) for MMIS and MES modules.
• Manage defect triage calls with vendors and track defects to closure.
• Develop test cases, test data, verify software changes, and problem-solve escalated issues.
• Report UAT Testing results and progress, including Test Summary and Execution metrics.
• Track and maintain historical UAT Testing information.
• Manage UAT, defect triage calls, and coordination involving multiple systems/vendors/teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with a large Scale Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing Software - 15 Years
• Experience with coordination of SIT, UAT, and End2End Testing activities - 10 Years
• Experience with Test Scenario Development, Test Case Creation, Test Data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Tracking, Metrics reporting - 10 Years
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - 15 Years
• Executive/Management Reporting & Presentations - 10 Years
• Experience with Mainframes - 10 Years
• Experience in Data Analysis - 10 Years
• Meeting Facilitation - 10 Years
• Knowledge of programming logic - 10 Years
• Experience collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teams - 10 Years
• Experience with Teradata - 1 Year (Desired)
