Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Architecture & Technology Consulting Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives by partnering with business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead business process assessments, define enterprise architecture strategies, guide consulting engagements, and deliver innovative technology solutions that align with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define strategic business objectives.
- Lead business architecture, process transformation, and technology consulting initiatives.
- Conduct assessments of business processes, IT landscape, and organizational change, providing transformation recommendations.
- Define enterprise business capabilities, process models, data architecture, governance, and business roadmaps.
- Lead consulting teams and engage with client executives throughout project delivery.
- Develop business and technical solution strategies and support implementation.
- Create reusable assets, best practices, and knowledge repositories.
- Support product evaluation, solution development, and technology advisory engagements.
- Drive project governance, estimation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to deliver optimal solutions.
