System Analyst - Lansing, MI

Seeking for an System Analyst as an integral part of an Agile team, requiring a deep understanding and usage of the Azure DevOps tool. The role involves gathering, documenting, and testing clear business requirements from clients. You will communicate these needs and system functionalities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
- 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools like JIRA
- 3 years of experience understanding BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
- 3 years of experience with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
- 3 years of experience creating product roadmaps
- 3 years of familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile
- 3 years of adeptness in using BA/QA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio)
