- Experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Azure DevOps Knowledge – or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3+years)
- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3+ years)
- Experience with creating product roadmap (3+ years)
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3+ years)
- Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) (3+ years)
Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
- Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (required in-person days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Please note, the first month of work will require onsite presence 5 days per week for onboarding.
