Summary/Objective

The System Analyst and Applications Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating system projects according to agreed timeline and budget set by management.

Essential Job Duties

• Must be able to adhere to schedules of new implementations, upgrades and system (s) maintenance.
• Provide end-user training and support for all assigned clinics.
• Work with Vendor to ensure system problems are identified, documented and resolved.
• Manage priorities to satisfy both the immediate and future needs of the system(s) users.
• Manages multiple projects and systems concurrently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively to users and management.
• Ensure activities are performed in compliance with BPN and hospital goals, standards, strategic direction, policies and procedures.

Required Education and Experience

High School Graduate or Equivalent

1-3 years of related experience.
