Salary Range: **$150,000 to $215,000 per year
** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.
Overview: Join our team as a System Administrator and become the backbone of our technology operations. In this role, you’ll support the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical IT systems that keep our mission running. You’ll manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, user environments, and enterprise applications, ensuring everything stays secure, stable, and high‑performing. From daily monitoring and issue resolution to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, you’ll be the go‑to expert who keeps systems healthy and users productive. You’ll work hands‑on with both Windows and UNIX environments, install and configure operating systems, fine‑tune system performance, and implement improvements that enhance reliability across the organization. Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Required Education & Years of Experience:
Additional Skills Required:
Five years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and using system security tools, including container security, virtual machine security, security boundary enforcement, configuration management, and security reporting tools.
Five years of experience working with ELK, Tripwire, VMware, and the Red Hat SELinux security tool suite is strongly preferred.
