A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the Property industry. Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges or changes as they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.
