Employment type: Full‑time | Compensation: $28–$30/hr based on experience | Status: Immediate opening
What you’ll do
- Own Swiss lathe setups and on‑machine programming from first piece through run.
- Interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to plan tooling, offsets, and sequences.
- Use precision measuring tools and hand metrology to verify critical dimensions.
- Operate across multiple materials, adjusting feeds/speeds and tooling selection accordingly.
- Work independently after training and collaborate closely with peers and leadership.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
What makes you successful here
- MUST HAVE: Swiss lathe set‑up and programming experience.
- Familiarity with Star Swiss machine controllers.
- Strength in CNC tooling selection and optimization.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting and basic CNC machine repair capability.
- Proven precision measurement & hand metrology skills.
