Step into a day on our floor
You clock in, review the traveler, and head to your CNC screw machine cell. A quick visual check, a warmup cycle, and you’re dialing in tool offsets. The first component passes inspection—micrometer readings look good—so you release the run and keep a close eye on cycle times and wear, swapping tools before issues appear. Between lots, you tidy the station, log production notes, and huddle with teammates to share updates. Safety and quality drive every move you make.
