Join Us in Shreveport, LA as a Swiss-Type CNC Lathe Setup Specialist

Step onto the shop floor and take ownership of 3–4 Swiss screw machines. Your day begins with dialing in setups, swapping tooling with confidence, and verifying every move with precision. You’ll load material (including via LNS-style bar feeding), adjust offsets on the fly, edit programs to stabilize cycle times, and keep production humming. Throughout the shift, you’ll inspect parts, uphold ISO-quality standards, and troubleshoot any mechanical or quality variance before it becomes a bottleneck. Safety stays at the forefront as you immediately report and correct any unsafe conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain 3–4 CNC Swiss screw machines
• Perform setups, tool changes, offset adjustments, and program edits
• Load material and monitor production for quality and throughput
• Inspect components using calipers, gauges, and micrometers to meet ISO standards
• Troubleshoot machine and quality issues, ensuring safe work practices

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of CNC Swiss machining or Swiss screw machine setup experience (required)
• 5+ years of Swiss machining experience (preferred)
• Background with Star Swiss machines and LNS bar feeders (preferred)
• Proficiency in CNC Programming and CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
