Swiss CNC Machinist II | Weekend Days
Osseo Area - Full-time - On-site
$30-$39/hour + quarterly bonus opportunity with a 5% target
Friday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Work 36 hours. Get paid for 40.
Three days on. Four days off. Full-time pay.
Put your Swiss machining skills to work making precision medical components-and keep your weekdays open. We're looking for an experienced machinist who takes pride in accurate setups, quality parts, and helping teammates succeed in a clean, air-conditioned shop.
Your role
Independently set up and run Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs.
Apply G and M code knowledge on Citizen machines to keep production running accurately.
Troubleshoot machining issues, working with supervision as needed.
Train teammates on basic and intermediate setups and production jobs.
Communicate clearly across shifts and departments.
Keep your workspace safe and organized, and contribute ideas that improve daily operations.
What you bring
Experience: 3+ years in CNC Swiss machining; medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
Independent setup and troubleshooting skills.
Strong shop math, precision measurement skills, and attention to detail.
Comfort using computers and production tracking systems.
High school diploma or GED; machining training or equivalent experience preferred.
