We are looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Setup Machinist -Expert to independently set up, adjust, and operate multi-axis CNC Swiss machines
In this role, you will produce tight-tolerance aerospace components from exotic alloys, manage program prove-outs, and troubleshoot machining processes to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency

Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Independently set up, adjust, and operate a variety of multi-axis CNC Swiss machines to meet production and quality goals
- Programming & Editing: Read, interpret, and edit multi-axis CNC code with live tooling, calculating and adjusting feeds and speeds for exotic alloys
- Tooling & Maintenance: Adjust and replace tools as needed,pre-set tooling, and perform daily machine maintenance
- Quality & Inspection: Collect and input SPC data using comparators, CMMs, Trimos, and precision gauges. Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Collaboration & Training: Assist in process development,participate in pre-production and program prove-outs, and provide training and assistance to other operators
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience specifically in Swiss turning
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;completion of a 2-year degree in Machining Technology or a CNC machining trade school is preferred
- Technical Skills: Fluent in G & M codeswith a strong grasp of blueprint reading, math for machinists, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
