    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swiss CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision components, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
    • Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
    • Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes
    • Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
    • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
    • Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC machines
    • Strong understanding of CNC programming; G-code knowledge preferred
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with multi-axis Swiss machines (Citizen, Tsugami)
    • Experience machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and aluminum
    • Familiarity with high-precision, tight-tolerance manufacturing environments
    • Programming experience is a plus
